1. Low temperature test

First, we put the x86 embedded computer-SIN-1706-C246 into a high and low temperature box and connected the monitor, keyboard, mouse and other test equipment. After ensuring that everything is ready, we conducted a low temperature test, reducing the temperature from normal temperature to -40°C. Subsequently, the machine was stored in this extreme low temperature environment for 2 hours and successfully started. This verifies its reliability in cold environments and provides a guarantee for its application in cold industrial scenarios.

2. Full load operation test

After the machine ran normally at -40°C, we conducted a full load operation test. By configuring the operating parameters, we set the CPU, memory, 2D graphics, 3D graphics, and hard disk to 100%, so that the system is in full load working state. After 6 hours of aging testing, the machine performed well with no problems such as unstable performance, freezing, blue screen or hardware errors, demonstrating its reliability under high-load working conditions.

3. High temperature test

Afterwards, we conducted a high temperature test, raising the temperature of the high temperature box from -40°C to 60°C. In a high temperature environment of 60°C, we conducted a 12-hour aging test on the machine. After the test, we raised the temperature to 70°C again and conducted an 8-hour aging test. Both rounds of tests showed that the machine also maintained good operating conditions in an extremely high temperature environment.

4. Waterproof performance revealed

This industrial computer can not only operate under harsh temperature conditions, but also has passed IP67 protection certification. We demonstrated its use in rainy scenes, and it can even be immersed in 1 meter of water for 30 minutes without damage. The chassis is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and aluminum, with a fully enclosed fanless design, and heat is dissipated through fin-type heat sinks. At the same time, the precise waterproof process ensures that all interfaces use M12 aviation plug interfaces, and O-type waterproof sealing rings are used at the gaps to reinforce it, so that it can reach IP67 protection certification.
